USA to face Ecuador in Austin on Oct. 10, then meet Australia in Colorado on Oct. 14

ATLANTA – U.S. Men’s National Team head coach Mauricio Pochettino has called in 26 players for the October international window, with matches set against World Cup–bound nations Ecuador and Australia.

Players will report to camp beginning Oct. 4 in Austin, Texas, ahead of the first friendly against Ecuador on Oct. 10 at Q2 Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET and the game will be broadcast on TNT, truTV, HBO Max, Universo, and Peacock. Four days later, the U.S. returns to Commerce City, Colorado, for the first time since 2017, taking on Australia at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park at 9 p.m. ET on Oct. 14 (TNT, HBO Max, Universo, Peacock).

Veteran Core, Rising Stars

Christian Pulisic leads the roster with 80 caps, joined by fellow veterans Tim Ream (77), Weston McKennie (60), Matt Turner (52), and Antonee Robinson (50).Diego Luna continues his breakout year with 13 appearances in 2025, the most of any player this calendar year. Patrick Agyemang and Max Arfsten have also seen extended action with 12 caps each.

Notable Returns

  • Antonee Robinson, the 2024 U.S. Soccer Male Player of the Year, returns after missing most of 2025 with injury.

  • Cameron Carter-Vickers, Weston McKennie, Tanner Tessmann, and Patrick Schulte all make their first camp appearances since March.

  • James Sands is back with the national team for the first time since the 2023 Gold Cup.

Players in Form

Several U.S. attackers enter camp on scoring streaks:

  • Pulisic has six goals and two assists in seven matches for AC Milan this season.

  • Alex Zendejas netted five goals for Club América, including a brace last weekend.

  • Haji Wright has seven goals in eight league matches for Coventry City.

  • Malik Tillman already has two Bundesliga goals since joining Bayer Leverkusen.
